I would like to know more about additional costs. Lets say I get a Fiat 500 from Goldcar with the most basic option, what other costs am I looking at.

There are no extra costs, unless you add any extras like GPS, or full cover insurance for example.

Yes, at time of pick up they will hold the security deposit from your Credit card. The deposit amount can be found under " Important Information" under the tab "Payment". Normally the deposit is €200 - 400.
